Tew Apartments Information

 

The Tew Apartments were built by Roy Tew in 1970. They have been known for their affordable prices ever since. Roy's vision is to help young families looking to finish school and save for their fist home. Traditionally the Tew Apartments have been roughly 25% cheaper then comparable apartments. The Tew Apartments don't have long term contracts, no high move in costs, no parking enforcement, and on site laundry facilities. Because of the close location to BYU and UVU as well as the freeway, we consistently have a long waiting list for new tenants.   • Tenant pays electricity, usually less than $40. 
  • The bedroom has His and Hers closets.

  • $900
  • Recently remodeled with new paint, carpet, tile, countertops, outlets, switches and lights. 
  • Larger than the one-bed unit in the large complex. 
  • Tenant pays Gas (< $40), and Electricity (< $40)
  • Separate kitchen and dining room
  • Very large walk-in closet
  • Single level, no tenants above or below you. 
 
2 Bedroom Units (26 Side only)
  • Rent - $1050
  • Recently remodeled with new paint, carpet, tile, countertops, outlets, switches and lights. 
  • Tenant pays electricity, usually less than $60. 
  • Each bedroom has a closet. 
  • 2 Full closets for storage. 
  • Separate kitchen and dining room
  • Spacious layout, Really large family room layout. 
 

FINE PRINT

  • We conduct background and credit checks on all new applicants. There is a fee of $40 for this. 

  • All rent is due on the first day of the month. We don't offer grace periods.

  • The late fee is 50 dollars for the first day and 5 dollars for each day after that till rent and the late fee are paid in full. 

  • We do not accept cash for rent, only checks or cashier checks. 

  • The Security deposit is equal to one month rent, we keep a small portion for carpet cleaning when you move out. 

  • There are other details outlined in the contract, but these are the few that you need to know up front. 

Want to be added to our waiting list?

By filling out this form you will be automatically added to our waiting list.  You need to submit this form for each month you want a unit. For example, if you want one between June and August, you need to submit a response for June, July and August. Once whatever month you select is over, we assume you have found another apartment and you will be removed from the list. This is the only way we can make the list manageable.
